Sitting no. 001 — iOS
The phone goes round the table. Everyone seals an answer. The whole spread lands at once.
The description
KALSI Market Tracker runs a proper estimation session on one device. Every room has the same failure: whoever speaks first sets the number, and everybody else quietly drifts toward it. This app takes that away. The phone goes round the table, each person seals an answer nobody else can see, and the whole spread lands at once.
Built for planning meetings, retrospectives, editorial calls, teaching a class about estimation, or a group of friends who want to settle an argument honestly. Completely offline — the minute book lives on this device and nowhere else.
How a sitting works
Written so it can be settled. One number, a range, a likelihood on an event, or a slate of options. The rule that decides it is part of the question, not an argument for later.
The device goes round the room and each person seals their answer, so nobody anchors on whoever spoke first or loudest.
The room's middle, the range it covers, and the gap when the room is really two camps that need to talk.
File what actually happened with the source that proves it.
What else you get
A single number, a range, a likelihood, or one of several options.
The people who sit in your room, so a series of sittings builds a record per person.
Every motion, every spread and every verdict, kept as a record you can read back.
How often reality landed inside the range the room gave itself, and whether the room is getting better or just louder.
Attach a photograph of the dashboard, invoice or page that settled a round.
The minute book lives on this device and nowhere else.

Standing order
Last updated: 27 August 2026
KALSI Market Tracker does not collect, transmit or sell any personal information. There is no account, no registration, no sign-in and no invites.
The app works entirely offline. It has no network layer at all and makes no requests of any kind. Everyone in a session uses the same single device, so there is no pairing and no sync.
The questions you put on the record, the sealed answers collected from the room, the names you add to the roster, the verdicts, the images you attach as proof and the whole minute book are stored only in the local storage of that one device.
Because the person running a session types in other people's names and records their answers, that information stays on their device and is never transmitted anywhere. Whoever runs the room remains responsible for what they choose to record and for telling participants what is being kept.
The camera and photo library are accessed only when you attach the source that settled a round, and that image never leaves the device.
There are no advertising SDKs, no third-party analytics and no tracking. The app does not request access to your location, contacts or microphone. Nothing is sold inside the app — there are no purchases, no subscription and no advertising.
The app is a facilitation and record-keeping tool. The spreads and scores it shows describe what a room estimated and what happened, and are not advice or a recommendation to do anything, financial or otherwise.
The app is not directed to children under 13.
Deleting the app erases the minute book permanently, and there is no backup anywhere.
